Sub-processors
These are the third-party providers Lodgely uses to run the service. Each one may handle customer data, including the drawings and documents you upload, on our behalf.

Your account, uploaded files and reports are stored in Supabase's Sydney region.
App server
Singapore
The Lodgely application runs on servers in Singapore and reads your files from Sydney while working.
AI review
United States
Document content is sent to Anthropic for analysis when you run a review.

Data sent outside Australia
Some of these providers handle data outside Australia, as shown above. Before sending personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps under Australian Privacy Principle 8 to make sure it is protected, including using providers that contractually commit to keeping customer data confidential and secure.
Drawings and building documents often contain personal information about people other than you, such as property owners. Please only upload documents you are authorised to share. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before any new sub-processor starts handling customer data. If a change affects where your uploaded documents are processed or stored, we will also email the account holder before it takes effect.
